Deposits
To secure your appointment, a deposit of £30 is kindly required at the time of booking. This serves as confirmation of your commitment and allows us to allocate time and resources specifically for your care.
In certain cases—such as appointments requiring extended time or the involvement of an external specialist—a higher deposit of £50 per hour will be requested.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable should our cancellation policy not be observed.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We appreciate that unexpected changes can arise. However, to ensure fair access to appointments for all our patients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 2 working days should you need to cancel or reschedule.
Treatment appointments cancelled with less than 2 working days notice or missed entirely, will incur a fee of £50 per half hour of the reserved time.
