Clear aligners / Eastcote & Pinner

Invisalign, step by step.

That little change you've been thinking about. A series of clear, removable aligners can gradually move your teeth, with a plan shaped around your smile and a dentist to guide you.

Start with your smile

A little space? A little overlap?

You don't need to know the name for it. Tell us what you notice, and we'll look at your teeth, gums and bite before discussing whether clear aligners are a suitable option.

  • Overlapping teeth

When teeth sit close together or overlap, an assessment helps establish the space and movement needed.

  • Spaces between teeth

The size and cause of a gap matter. Your dentist will explain whether aligners could be appropriate.

  • How your teeth meet

Straightening considers more than appearances. Your dentist also checks how the upper and lower teeth fit together.

A routine that moves with you.

Aligners come out for meals and cleaning. In between, consistent wear and keeping your review appointments are part of making treatment work.

Growing smiles need their own plan.

For a child or teenager, timing depends on dental development. Ask our team about an orthodontic assessment and the options for their age and needs.

Your treatment journey

Small steps. A considered plan.

From the first assessment to looking after your result, here's how the process comes together.

Digital smile planning

A closer look, before we begin.

Digital scans help explain your proposed tooth movements. A simulation is a planning tool; your dentist will discuss the likely outcome and limitations.

  1. Assess & plan

Discuss your goals, oral health and suitability. Scans and a proposed plan help explain the movements, appointments and fees before you decide.

  2. Fit & get familiar

Your aligners are made for your teeth. At fitting, your dentist explains how to wear and care for them, and any attachments your plan needs.

  3. Wear & review

Work through your aligners as directed and return for progress checks. Your dentist can review the fit and discuss adjustments when needed.

  4. Retain & care

After active treatment, retainers help maintain the new tooth positions. Follow the wear and aftercare routine your dentist recommends.

The everyday questions.

The practical things matter, too. These answers are a starting point; your dentist will give you instructions for your own treatment.

Ask us something else

There isn't one timeline for everyone. The movements needed and your progress affect the length of treatment. Your dentist will explain an estimated timeframe after assessing your smile.
